Giving Pp a head lift.
Post on work done back in 2024 before my surgery.
Raising her roof, nothing much like a facelift but just as needed. First backed her under the big magnolia tree in our yard to use one of its limbs. Then went around Pp, took out all the screws that were holding the raised top fiberglass topper so we can raise it 8 inch’s. To do this i used the winch on the front of la Vincent our shuttle bus/tiny home. Run it across the tree limb and down through the top of Pp where the ac unit was. Looped it around a 2×4 board. Pp’s top lifted right up in the air.

Then measured the gap between Pp’s bottom frame and the top, decided what Height i wanted and cut a 1/2 inch board. Then with screws we fastened the top of Pp to the board and the board to Pp’s frame.

Now the front was little harder it took building a frame working around the corners and filling it in. Will come back and do a finish board, pvc and wood with fiberglass and Bondo and then paint it.

ok Ty for reading and looking at the photos.

Still can’t believe you did this all by yourself with a little help from myself.😁
